USER REGISTRATION

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

 

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Pay by card; visa, mastercard, and maestro. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees stated, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 

RETURN/REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Returns postage is the liability of the purchaser.

Due to the nature of our business and some products we sell, items that expire sooner than 3 months from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any perishable items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You can cancel your order up until the point of dispatch, if your item/s have been dispatched your order is not eligible for cancellation.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Token Events, nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any lost profits and revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services or these terms. You understand that our service and products are sold ‘as is’ and without any kind of warranty (express or implied). You use the services and/or products solely at your own risk. In no event shall Token Events be liable for your terms of use.

 

SOCIAL GIVEAWAY/COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply for all Token Events Social Competitions:

  1. UK residents may enter only.
  2. The prize giveaways are free to enter. No purchase is required.
  3. To enter the competition, you must ‘Like’, ‘Share’, and comment with a ‘Tag’ the Token Events specified competition post. You must ‘Like’ the Token Events Facebook Page.
  4. Staff and affiliates of Token Events can not enter competitions unless stated otherwise.
  5. Multiple entries are not counted.
  6. Your entry can not be counted if you have disabled ‘Notifications, Apps, Websites and Plug-ins’ (Platform) in your Facebook Privacy Settings.
  7. Winners will be announced on the Token Events Facebook page. The name of the winner(s) will be published.
  8. Token Events adhere to Data Protection Law under GDPR with regards to entrants details.
  9. All winners are selected at random by computer from valid Facebook entrants.
  10. Token Events reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
